Fall Festival 2008
The City of Waukee and the Waukee Area Chamber of Commerce will be sponsoring the Waukee Fall Festival. Tentative activities include the Chamber Breakfast, daily entertainment, craft & food vendors, parade, bingo, blow-up rides, and a feature band on both Friday & Saturday nights.

July 4th Celebration!
The July 4th parade will begin staging at 1:00 p.m. at the Waukee Elementary School located at 5th & Locust; the parade will follow at 2:00 p.m. The route will travel west on Locust to 7th street, turn north on 7th to Ashworth, east on Ashworth to 4th Street, south on 4th Street to Northview Drive, east on Northview to Warrior Lane then south on Warrior Lane and finishing at Centennial Park.

A fireworks display will begin after dusk - approximately 9:30 p.m. Live music will be provided from 6-9:30 p.m. and then continue after the fireworks till midnight.
