Take a trip to the 2018 Iowa State Fair for Older Iowan Day. You won't have to worry about fighting the traffic because the bus will drop the group off inside the gates right next to Ye Old Mill. Your fee includes transportation and admission. Registration deadline: August 6.

    WASP involves the senior citizens in the Waukee area and aims to "Take the Sting Out of Crime"! WASP was created based upon the concept of cooperation between law enforcement, senior services and seniors in the community to reduce the criminal victimization of the elderly. It stands for Waukee Area Seniors and Police. The group meets the last Wednesday of each month for lunch at the Community Center.
