On March 29th from 6-8 p.m. there will be a class to teach women and girls how to defend themselves if needed. They will also learn and practice techniques to be a strong and more secure female. Officer Mackenzie Sposeto will be teaching the class at the Waukee Public Safety Building. All females must be 15 years and up.
