Join us for the 4th of July festivities!! Start your day with a Fun Run sponsored by Waukee Troop 178. Race begins at 8 a.m. at the Waukee North Middle School (905 Warrior Lane). Continue the festivities with the parade that begins at 2 p.m. at the "old" Waukee Elementary School located at 5th & Locust and ends at the Waukee North Middle School parking lot. Head on over to Centennial Park for a wide variety of entertainment and live music provided from 6-9:30 p.m. Don't forget your lawn chairs for the fabulous fireworks display that will begin after dusk, approximately 9:30 p.m.
