Waukee Public Improvement Projects

Waukee Natural Gas Pipeline

Beginning the week of November 9, 2009, construction will begin for the City of Waukee Natural Gas Pipeline running from an existing pipeline north of Granger south to the City of Waukee. The pipeline will generally be constructed within 180^th Street, 190^th Street and W Avenue right of way in Dallas County. It will also be constructed in Alice's Road right of way in the Cities of Urbandale, Clive and Waukee. During construction there may be limited roadway lane closures. The pipeline construction is expected to be completed in the winter of 2009 with final cleanup activities in the spring of 2011.
