Waukee Fest 2012 will be held on August 25, 2012. There will be fun and activities for all ages. The day will have a community parade, breakfast, art and crafts vendors, kids activities, local entertainment, steak fry dinner, beverage garden and band! The City of Waukee has chosen a "Celebrate the Past" theme in honor of the newly created Waukee Area Historical Society and most recent events that have included the funding of a Local History Preservation Project by REAP, City of Waukee, and Friends of the Library.
