Project Share

Project Share (PS) is a program set up to assist households in need with paying their wintertime energy bills. Residents can help by adding a regular PS contribution to their monthly utility payment or by making a direct donation. These funds will then be distributed to Waukee residents in need for wintertime energy costs.

Those qualifying for help will be carefully identified by an area social service agency. A local committee oversees Project Share to guarantee all contributions are handled equitably and efficiently. Adding Project Share to your utility payment each month is a simple way to share some warmth with those in need.

To contribute once to Project Share, please mail a check written out to "City of Waukee - Project Share" to: Waukee Utility Billing Department, Waukee City Hall, 230 W. Hickman Road, Waukee, IA 50263.
