Community organizations are welcome to submit events to the City of Waukee Events Calendar from the “Add Event” button on the homepage. The City encourages submission of events which cater to the whole community such as pancake breakfasts, free concerts, ribbon cuttings and so on. The Events Calendar is not intended to promote private programming or sales initiatives, or to support a political party or candidate. The City has the right to decline any calendar submissions.

Drop in from 4 PM to 6 PM to make a dreamcatcher-inspired piece of wall art! Constructed out of an embroidery hoop, crochet doily, and fabric strips you'll go home with a one-of-a-kind creation that's sure to give your house a boho vibe this summer.

Registration is required for this in-person drop-in class at the Library to ensure we have enough supplies. This is an Adult (18+) event.
