City Seeks Nominations for 2018 Citizen of the Year

The City of Waukee is now seeking nominations through Friday, Feb. 15 for its 2018 Citizen of the Year. Each year, the City accepts nominations of exemplary residents who represent the true spirit of community service. The award recipient is honored with a public reception and is invited to ride in the Fourth of July parade.

Previous Citizen of the Year honorees include Chamber and Rotary leader Erna Morain, community organizers Andy and Amy Walsh, and civic-minded resident Frank Hoifeldt.
