Kids Yoga is for 3-10 year olds. Students will practice breathing, stretching, and moving their bodies in mindful and playful ways as they learn basic yoga poses. Students will challenge the strength and balance of their bodies while also learning to slow down and focus their minds. The next sessions are May 4-25 or May 5-26. Students should bring their own yoga mat or beach towel and a water bottle. Parents or guardians are encouraged to accompany their 3-5 year-olds.
