The City of Waukee is contbeg.

Warrior Lane Improvements Phase I

Work began on the Warrior Lane Improvements project on March 15. Crews have completed the necessary tree removal and topsoil stripping/stockpiling on the west side of Warrior Lane. Privately owned utility companies continue to relocate their facilities to accommodate the roadway improvements. And, storm sewer installation as well as water main adjustments are underway. Thanks for your patience as the City works on this project. As a reminder: Warrior Lane is closed from Ashworth Drive south to Waukee Middle School's north driveway.

SE Ashworth Road Corridor Improvements

The intersection of SE Ashworth Road and Grand Prairie Parkway will be widened to accommodate a four-lane urban section of roadway and new traffic signals on Ashworth Road. Crews are beginning to prepare the site by removing trees and installing erosion control devices near the existing roadway. There are no traffic interruptions planned for the project at this time.

SE Laurel Street Extension

Crews are working to complete utility construction ahead of the planned roadway extension. The project aims to extend SE Laurel Street west to connect with SE Alice's Road.
