    The Library Board of Trustees is responsible for reviewing information related to the operations of the Waukee Public Library. Members are appointed by the mayor for 3-year terms. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month at 5:30 p.m. at the library.

State law requires political subdivisions to make a good faith effort to balance appointive boards, commissions, committees and councils authorized by the Code of Iowa according to gender.
