  1. Introvert Book Club

    January 1, 2020 - January 31, 2020 @ From Your Own Home

Introverts, it’s time to unite! Separately. In your own homes. If you’ve been wanting to join a book club but are not sure you’re up for the time commitment or the people-ing—this is the book club for you. Each month there’s a new book selection, but there’s never a meeting. Copies of each month’s book may be picked up on the first of the month at the library’s front desk, while supplies last. Feel like people-ing just a bit? Can't contain all the feels this month's read is giving you? Join the Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/introvertreads/

Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Paiste gongs, Tibetan Singing Bowls, and Koshi Chimes are just a few of the healing instruments used during sound baths. After the session you will feel as if you’ve had a full night of sleep, reduced stress and anxiety, and heightened clarity of mind.
