Alex Broderick grew up in Waukee and moved back to the area right after college. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Real Estate Studies from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. Immediately after moving back to Waukee, Alex elected to try and give back to the community that raised him by volunteering civically with the Waukee Utilities Board followed by the Planning & Zoning Commission. Alex serves on the board of directors for the Dallas County Development Alliance and Courage League Sports non-profits in the metro area.
