Apollinaire (Kaba) joined the Waukee Library Board of Trustees in July 2017. He graduated from Saint Ambrose University with a BA in Computer Information Systems and an MBA. He is the Supervisor of Program Management with CO-OP Financial Services. Kaba lives in Waukee with his wife and two boys – Jackson, and Charley. He has lived in Waukee since 2014.
