City of Waukee Utilities provides residents and businesses with connection to water, garbage and sewer services. Find information on setting up or managing your account here.

Please note that MidAmerican Energy bought the Waukee Municipal Gas Utility and took over service for natural gas on October 22, 2025.

If you have an emergency water issue after 5 p.m. or on weekends or holidays, call 515-903-8889.

MidAmerican Energy provides electric and natural gas service throughout the City of Waukee. Call 1-888-427-5632 to set up service or report outages.

Phone and high-speed internet are available from the following providers; however, not all providers have service in every Waukee neighborhood. Inquire with the respective providers: CenturyLink, Consolidated Communications, Frontier, HughesNet, Mediacom, Mi-Fiber, Viasat Internet and Vonage. Google search for others.

There are a number of national mobile service providers offering service, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and U.S. Cellular.
