[ARCHIVED] Traffic Signal Outage at NW 10th St and Hickman Road

The traffic signal at the intersection of NW 10th Street and Hickman Road will be in red flash Monday, Nov. 16 from 9 a.m.- 3 p.m. During this time the intersection should be treated as a four-way stop.
