Congrats to new Waukee Police Officers Brett Medders and Matthew Kessler! Both graduated from the 270th Basic Level 1 Class of the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy on December 9th. Now that their 16-week course studies and exercises are completed, both officers are ready for field training in Waukee! Now that Medders and Kessler are certified, the department has a total of 20 sworn officers.
