GIS Planning's ZoomProspector software combines layers of information to help users better understand details about a specific location and make informed decisions about where to position their businesses. The website is provided by the Waukee Community and Economic Development Department and is FREE to use.

There is no cost to participate. Waukee ZoomProspector exists to connect interested companies with the brokers and property owners who can meet their needs. The broker or property owner’s contact information is displayed with each property they list, so sellers and buyers can be in direct contact. The Waukee Community and Economic Development Department acts as a free additional resource to promote available properties and facilitate connections between brokers and interested companies.
