The City of Waukee issued 100 building permits in November 2020. There were 29 permits issued for single family homes, 35 for townhomes, one for commercial purposes and 35 which fall in the “Other” category (monument signs, furnaces, etc.). The total taxable valuation in October equaled $21.1 million.
