In August, the Waukee City Council approved the final 10.57 acre plat for "Waukee Central". Waukee Central features five lots ranging from 0.88 to 4.91 acres. Site plans for three businesses planned in the development were also approved. Those businesses are Central Bank, Waukee Dental and Burger King.
Waukee Central is located just east of Dartmoor Drive on the south side of Hickman Road. Grading has been completed, and Laurel Street will soon be extended through the development to Westgate Drive. Stay tuned for updates as the project progresses.
