UPDATE: Fingerprinting services are now by appointment only.
The Waukee Police Department provides fingerprinting by appointment only, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. The department is located at the following address: Public Safety Building, 1300 L.A. Grant Parkway, Waukee, IA 50263. There is a $15 charge for the first card, and each additional card is $10. Please call 515-978-7979 to make an appointment. Masks and a valid ID are required as well. Only cash or checks are accepted.
Call 515-978-7979 and ask for the Patrol Supervisor for any complaints regarding officers. For any other personnel complaints, contact the Police Chief at the same number.
Reports are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. It might be in your best interest to call ahead to see if the report is completed. There is a $5 charge for all reports.
There are two certified child safety seat technicians at the Waukee Public Safety Building. Calling ahead to set up an appointment is recommended. The phone number is 515-978-7979.
Parking tickets are payable at the Waukee Police Department. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The department can accept cash or check.
